講座題目(一): 醫療政策走向與公私營結構變化（MULT 2503 CPD 1.0)

講者：林哲玄醫生 立法局議員

本職外科醫生 ，私人執業

之前在聯合醫院和威爾斯親王醫院工作，1991年畢業於香港中文大學

 公職方面，林醫生曾任吸煙與健康委員會委員，健康與醫療發展諮詢委員會委員、醫務委員會委員以及香港醫學會副會長等職位，疫情期間是伊利沙伯體育館社區接種中心的醫務總監，多年來參與醫療衞生政策的諮詢架構，涵蓋政策措施包括自願醫保計劃、私營醫療機構規管、醫療器械監管、大腸癌篩查計劃，又積極推動全面禁止另類煙草產品的吸煙（公共衞生）條例修訂。

講座題目(二): 醫療濾鏡 –在低視能復康領域的應用:（MULT 2504  CPD 1.5)

講者1. 馮德良Michael

關於講者: Michael  早年畢業於香港理工大學眼科視光學系，並取得註冊(第一部份)視光師資格。畢業後Michael投身視光行業，其後轉至瑞士鏡片(香港)有限公司任職專業事務經理，參與光學鏡片驗配，產品檢測，開發及培訓。

講者2. Roberto IAZZOLINO (網上）

關於講者: Roberto 是經驗豐富的低視力輔具驗配專家。早年在意大利High Institute of Optics and Optometry接受視光學培訓，獲得視光學碩士資格。亦曾在Galileo Galilei Institute (伽利略學院)接受光學工業工程培訓。及後在不同教育及醫療機構任職教育培訓工作。在2007年成立EYE TECHNOLOGIES GROUP，為低視能人群提供光學及電子閱讀輔具。Roberto 於2016年 創立了SII - Italian School of Low Vision，並擔任副教授。自2022年，開始擔任非謀利機構PRISMA - Low Vision No-Profit Association 的副主席至今，一直參與推廣低視能復康教育，幫助低視人群融入正常生活。
