衛生署中央註冊辦事處(輔助醫療業管理局) 已經寄出 2022/23年度視光師執業證書申請函件

2021/22 年度的年度執業證書將於 2022 年 6 月 30 日到期。如果您將在該日期之後執業，您需要申請 2022/23 年度的證書。

您應於 2022 年 5 月 6 日或之前（以傳真或郵寄方式）將隨附的申報表提交至中央登記處。

你的 2022/23 年度執業證書會以掛號信寄往你的通訊地址。確保您的通訊地址是最新的。如通訊地址有變，請填妥表格A，連同申報表一併寄回。如果您的執業地址有任何變化，請使用相同的表格通知秘書處。

為感謝醫護人員（包括驗光師）在抵抗 2019 年冠狀病毒病的鬥爭中，在 2019 年生效的法定註冊以及頒發和或更新執業證書的費用如果符合某些標準，政府將豁免 2020 年 7 月 1 日至 2023 年 6 月 30 日的三年特許經營期。因此，2022/23 年度執業證書的續期費用將獲豁免。
