生成式人工智能 (GenAI)

一種人工智能的應用, 透過創建某類的AI系統, 可以是文字 / 圖片 / 影像等形成模型的運作機制,旨助企業自動化客戶服務,解答問題,處理訂單和提供產品介紹等。

生成式AI 適用於涉及複雜原始資料分析、模式辨識、預測和最佳化的能源部門任務。

眼鏡產業可以透過分析企業資料來確定使用模式，從而改善客戶服務。透過這些資訊，廠家可以開發有針對性的產品、能源效率計劃或需求回應計劃。

生成式 AI 的出現，可有效減少企業在傳統機器學習的支出及投資比重，亦將是生產及營銷運作的趨向。

香港中華眼鏡製造廠商會(HKOMA) 邀請香港生產力局(HKPC)將在05-08-2024 下午6時在線上與各位分享有關 GenAI 應用於銷售方面的效益。

An application of artificial intelligence, by creating a certain type of AI system, which can be text/pictures/images, etc. to form a model operating mechanism, aiming to help enterprises automate customer service, answer questions, process orders and provide product introductions, etc.

Generative AI is suitable for energy sector tasks involving complex raw data analysis, pattern recognition, prediction and optimization.

The eyewear industry can improve customer service by analyzing company data to identify usage patterns. With this information, manufacturers can develop targeted products, energy efficiency plans or demand response plans.

The emergence of generative AI can effectively reduce the proportion of enterprises' expenditure and investment in traditional machine learning, and will also be a trend in production and marketing operations.

Hong Kong Optical Manufacturers Association (HKOMA) invites Hong Kong Productivity Council (HKPC) to share with you online the benefits of GenAI in sales at 6:00 pm on 05-08-2024.

Prof. Padmaja Sankaridurg

Head, Global Myopia Management, ZEISS and Conjoint Prof, School of Optometry and Vision Science, UNSW·ZEISS. UNSW.

Prof. Padmaja Sankaridurg is Head, Global Myopia Management at ZEISS Vision Care and a Conjoint Professor at the School of Optometry and Vision Science, University of New South Wales, Sydney, Australia. She is an Industry Advisory Board Member and served as Task force Chair at the International Myopia Institute and is a Council Member of International Society for Contact Lens Research. Prof Sankaridurg has been awarded multiple awards including “International Optometrist of the year 2020” by the College Òptics-Optomeristes Catalunya (COOOC), Spain and most recently the Bernard Gilmartin award 2023 for widely read publication in Ophthalmic and Physiological optics for work on myopia. She is an inventor on many patents/applications, authored several book chapters, supervised many postgraduate students, serves on editorial boards for many journals, was involved in development of optical strategies for myopia and was instrumental in the development of many practice aids and guidelines including the BHVI Myopia Calculator and the axial length percentile charts. She appears in the top 50 of “Global Optometrist Top 200 Research ranking” on optomrankings.com.
