一種人工智能的應用, 透過創建某類的AI系統, 可以是文字 / 圖片 / 影像等形成模型的運作機制,旨助企業自動化客戶服務,解答問題,處理訂單和提供產品介紹等。

生成式AI 適用於涉及複雜原始資料分析、模式辨識、預測和最佳化的能源部門任務。

眼鏡產業可以透過分析企業資料來確定使用模式，從而改善客戶服務。 透過這些資訊，廠家可以開發有針對性的產品、能源效率計劃或需求回應計劃。

生成式 AI 的出現，可有效減少企業在傳統機器學習的支出及投資比重，亦將是生產及營銷運作的趨向。

An application of artificial intelligence, by creating a certain type of AI system, which can be text/pictures/images, etc. to form a model operating mechanism, aiming to help enterprises automate customer service, answer questions, process orders and provide product introductions, etc.

Generative AI is suitable for energy sector tasks involving complex raw data analysis, pattern recognition, prediction and optimization.

The eyewear industry can improve customer service by analyzing company data to identify usage patterns. With this information, manufacturers can develop targeted products, energy efficiency plans or demand response plans.

The emergence of generative AI can effectively reduce the proportion of enterprises' expenditure and investment in traditional machine learning, and will also be a trend in production and marketing operations.

Hong Kong Optical Manufacturers Association (HKOMA) invites Hong Kong Productivity Council (HKPC) to share with you online the benefits of GenAI in sales at 6:00 pm on 05-08-2024.
