Update on Low Vision Optometric Service

Organized by Subcommittee in Audiology and Institute of Advanced Allied Health Studies

We are pleased to invite Non-HA Optometrists of your society / organization to participate in the captioned training program via Zoom. We would like to solicit your help to disseminate the below message to members of your society / organization. Please refer to the attached for details.

Program Title: Central Commissioned Training Programme 24/25 - Update on Low Vision Optometric Service

Date / Time: 28-29 November 2024 / 19:00 – 22:10

Mode of delivery: Zoom

Target Participant: Non-HA Optometrists

Capacity: 6 (First-come-first-served)

Program fee: HKD$ 650/ person

Enrollment: Interested participant please fill in and send the attached enrollment form to Institute of Advanced Allied Health Studies (IAAHS) by replying this email, quoting “Program Announcement – Central Commissioned Training Programme 24/25: Update on Low Vision Optometric Service (Ref 036, 044, 048)” on or before 1 November 2024 (Fri). Late application will not be entertained.

Enrollment Result and Payment Method: Successful nominees would be notified via email by 7 November 2024 (MON).

Important Notes:

As there would be interactive activities/ group discussion during the program, participants are required to prepare ALL of the following equipment: (1) individual desktop/ laptop/ tablet/ mobile with stable internet access, (2) headphone/speaker (to hear), (3) microphone (to speak) and (4) webcam (to see your face)
