行政長官於《2022年施政報告》提出優化醫療券計劃，當中建議包括容許配偶共用醫療券，這項優化措施將於今年7月底推出(確實日期有待公布)。此外，政府亦藉此機會引入電子同意書，以及增設電話短訊通知。本署將就上述新安排和涉及醫療服務提供者的工作流程舉行網上簡介會，現誠邀各已登記醫療服務提供者報名參加：
配偶共用醫療券及電子同意書新措施網上簡介會 (每場網上簡介會名額為150，每名醫療服務提供者只需參加其中一場)。

網上簡介會將以廣東話進行，簡報內容則主要為英文。歡迎各已登記醫療服務提供者屆時與其診所/執業地點職員一同觀看。
由於名額有限，未能出席簡介會的已登記醫療服務提供者可於稍後時間(約7月底)於醫健通(資助)系統瀏覽相關網上簡介會的內容。

Dear Enrolled Health Care Providers,
The Chief Executive announced in the 2022 Policy Address the enhancement of the EHVS, including the initiative of allowing the shared use of vouchers between spouses which will be launched in end of July 2023 (actual date to be announced). In addition, the use of e-Consent and SMS notifications will be implemented. The Department of Health will conduct online briefing about the new arrangement and the updated workflow concerning the Enrolled Health Care Providers (EHCPs). You are cordially invited to join one of the following identical online briefing sessions.
Online Briefing on the New Initiative of Shared Use of Health Care Vouchers between Spouses and e-Consent (Each session could accommodate 150 participants)

The online briefing sessions will be conducted in Cantonese whereas the content of the presentation materials is mainly in English. EHCPs are welcome to view the briefing sessions together with the staff of their clinic/practice.
In view of the limited quota, EHCPs who are unable to attend the above sessions could browse the relevant briefing materials on the eHealth System (Subsidies) later (to be uploaded around late July).
