香港光學會應照亮人生慈善基金(Bright Life)邀請,由副會長陳莉珊小姐及秘書黃永全先生代表學會出席活動。於4月29日到大埔五旬節聖潔會永光小學,為小學生進行視力篩查,並為學生及家長講解護眼相關小知識,提升護眼意識。

是次活動反應熱烈,現場學生與家長踴躍查詢並提出問題。活動圓滿結束後,副會長陳莉珊小姐及秘書黃永全先生與活動負責團體及學校校長合照留念。

Dr. Alex Ong is the Founder and Managing Director/Optometrist at Ong’s Optics Myopia Management Centre, established in 2005 and 2nd generation owner of Ong’s Optics & Contact Lens Centre, established in 1985. With over two decades of clinical experience, his expertise spans evidence-based myopia management, ocular nutrition, binocular vision, orthokeratology, and geriatric vision care. He serves as a Key Opinion Leader for Menicon Japan and has taught as an adjunct lecturer at both Singapore Polytechnic and Ngee Ann Polytechnic optometry schools in Singapore. Dr. Ong is actively involved in optometric education and professional training across Asia. As a Certified Personalized Nutrition Practitioner (CPNP) with the American Nutrition Association and a Fellows of Ocular Wellness and Nutrition Society, he integrates nutritional science with vision care to promote a proactive and preventive model of lifelong eye health and Myopia Management. 

 王志鴻博⼠是 Ong’s Optics Myopia Management Centre的创办⼈兼 执⾏董事/验光师（成立于2005年），同时也是创立于1985年的 Ong’s Optics & Contact Lens Centre的第⼆代经营者。凭借超过⼆⼗ 年的临床经验，他的专业领域涵盖循证近视管理、眼部营养、双眼视 觉、⾓膜塑形术（Orthokeratology）以及老年视觉保健。

王博⼠同时担任⽇本 Menicon 的关键意⻅领袖（Key Opinion Leader），并曾在新加坡理⼯学院（Singapore Polytechnic）及义安理 ⼯学院（Ngee Ann Polytechnic）验光系担任兼职讲师。他积极参与亚 洲地区的验光教育与专业培训。 作为美国营养协会（American Nutrition Association）认证的个性化营养执业者（CPNP），以及眼部 健康与营养学会（Ocular Wellness and Nutrition Society）院⼠，他致 ⼒于将营养科学融入视觉护理，推动以预防为导向的终⾝眼健康与近 视管理模式

標題： 超越光學離焦：整合睡眠、營養與環境的近視管理新模式 

 摘要： 

⽬前近視管理主要聚焦於光學與藥物治療，以控制視網膜離焦並減緩 眼軸增長。然⽽，臨床上仍可觀察到部分患者即使在規範治療下，近 視仍持續進展，顯示其發展可能受到眼部以外因素的影響。 

 本講座提出「睡眠－營養－視覺三⾓關係」（Sleep–Nutrition–Vision Triad），從整體性觀點重新檢視近視管理，涵蓋晝夜節律、⽣理代 謝與⽣活環境等關鍵因素。進⼀步探討光照如何調控多巴胺與褪⿊激 素，進⽽影響睡眠品質、視網膜訊號傳導及眼球⽣長，同時納入⾼升 糖飲食與壓⼒對近視風險環境的潛在影響。 

 本講座亦將結合臨床流程與案例分析，說明驗光師如何在⽇常診療中 整合⽣活型態評估，包括睡眠、飲食與⾏為習慣等可調整因素。透過 在傳統光學與藥物治療之外導入整體管理策略，有助於提升治療成 效，並推動近視管理朝向更全⾯、以患者為中⼼的臨床模式發展。

 APCO（Asia Pacific Council of Optometry）and KOA 於2026年4⽉20-21⽇在韓國濟州島Haevichi Hotels舉⾏第25屆亞太視光⼤會（25th Asia Pacific Optometric Congress） 

主題為：「Optimizing Vision for a Changing World」（為變化的世界優化視⼒） 

香港光學會司庫陳麗明女⼠代表光學會出席於2026年舉⾏的APCO研討會。是次研討會匯聚來⾃世界不同地區的專業⼈⼠及業界代表，就光學發展、視覺健康及相關專業議題進⾏深入交流與探討，進⼀步促進區域及國際間的專業合作與知識交流。在研討會開幕前由WCO 主席Dr. Cindy Tromans頒發10 年 Country Member 纪念章給光學會，以表示對香港光學會的肯定，及由司庫陳麗明女⼠代為領取。

世界眼科視光週-第四篇 (公眾教育講座)

 世界眼科視光週-第四篇 (公眾教育講座)

香港光學會於26-4-2026（星期四）應尖沙嘴街坊福利會邀請，並由香港光學會副會長關國輝先⽣向參加者講解長者眼睛健康信息及分享護眼知識，題⽬為「正視眼睛老化、活得健康精彩」。 

內容分三部分, （⼀) 眼睛老化成因及四⼤主要眼疾解剖、(⼆) 視光師在基層醫療的⾓⾊和使⽤長者醫療券在視光服務範圍、(三) 護眼⾏動及⼩貼⼠。 

席間座無虛席，中段有互動環節, 現場講解使⽤阿姆斯勒表 Amsler grid, 氣氛熱烈, 最後參加者在問答環節踴躍發問, 關副會長⼀⼀解答。在講座圓滿結束後, 副會長關國輝先⽣連同副會長陳莉珊⼩姐與活動負責⼈及⼀眾參加者合照。香港光學會秉承WCO 理念，透過不同的護眼講座繼續分享護眼知識給公眾⼈⼠。 

World Optometry Week - Part 4 (Public Education Seminar)

On April 26, 2026 (Thursday), the Hong Kong Optometric Association HKOA, at the invitation of the Tsim Sha Tsui Neighbourhood Welfare Association, held a seminar. Mr. Kwok-fai Kwan, Vice President of the HKOA, delivered a seminar on eye health information for the elderly and shared eye care knowledge. The topic was "Facing Eye Aging and Living Well and See clearly"

The seminar was divided into three parts: (I) Causes of eye aging and anatomy of the four major eye diseases; (II) The role of optometrists in primary healthcare and the use of elderly Healthcare vouchers in optometric services; (III) Eye care actions and tips.

The seminar was full of participants. An interactive session was held in the middle, during which the use of the Amsler grid was explained, creating a lively atmosphere. At the end, participants actively asked questions during the Q&A session, which Vice President Kwan answered one by one.

After the successful conclusion of the seminar, Vice President Mr. Kwok-fai Kwan, along with Vice President Ms. Lai-shan Chan, took a group photo with the event organizers and all participants. Adhering to the principles of the World Council of Optometry (WCO), the HKOA continues to share eye care knowledge with the public through various eye care lectures.
