In today's educational environment, understanding the link between vision and learning is essential. Many children encounter challenges in their academic journey, and these struggles may be related to undiagnosed or unmanaged visual issues. As optometrists, it is crucial to recognize that visual function plays a pivotal role in a child's ability to learn effectively. By becoming aware of how vision issues can impact academic performance, we can take important steps to support children's educational journeys.
