本課程旨在從視光臨床視角出發，簡要介紹黃斑部健康與「視覺營養學」的整合概念。課程將解析現代生活對黃斑部帶來的挑戰，並從黃斑色素（Macular Pigment）出發，探討其對視覺品質與視網膜防護的基礎作用。講師將結合視光學與個人化營養專業（CNPN），引導學員了解從日常膳食到藥食補充的轉化邏輯，並針對 Omega-3、番紅花（Saffron）及花青素（Anthocyanins）提供基於實證的評析，協助釐清其應用價值。透過講師在長照機構與特殊族群照護中的案例分享，建立一套實用的黃斑部照護守則，幫助視光師更輕鬆地在門診實務中提供患者諮詢與管理建議。

【English Version】

This 40-minute session offers a concise overview of integrating "Vision Nutrition" into macular health management from an optometric perspective. We will examine the physiological demands on the macula in the modern era and the protective role of Macular Pigment in optimizing visual performance. Drawing on his dual expertise in optometry and personalized nutrition (CNPN), the speaker will guide participants through the principles of dietary and pharmaco-nutritional interventions. The lecture features an evidence-based analysis of Omega-3, Saffron, and Anthocyanins to clarify their clinical utility. Drawing from practical experience in long-term care and special-needs programs, the course aims to establish clear, actionable protocols to support optometrists in patient counseling and primary macular health management.
