背景
為準備《強制舉報虐待兒童條例》的實施，政府已於2025年7月24日舉行啟動禮，正式推出《強制舉報者指南》（《指南》）並上載至電子學習平台以供強制舉報者參考。今年9月開始，政府會舉辦15場網上簡介會，包括三場大型簡介會及12場為三個界別度身訂造的簡介會，向強制舉報者介紹《指南》的內容和應用方法。
大型簡介會
網上簡介會（醫療衞生界專屬場次）將於2025年9月26日舉行。詳情如下：

報名須知
- 網上簡介會將於2025年9月17日（星三）上午10時開始接受報名(先到先得)，並於2025年9月22日（星期一）上午10時截止報名。
- 參加者必須為電子學習平台的註册用戶。如註册過程中有困難，請電郵至：cs@childprotectiontraining.hk
- 成功報名的註册用戶，將會透過電郵收到指定的連結，確認已登記參與簡介會。每個參與連結只可於一台電腦或電子媒體內使用。
惡劣天氣下的安排
- 如在原定簡介會時間前兩小時內天文台懸掛或仍然懸掛八號或以上的熱帶氣旋警告信號或發出或仍然維持黑色暴雨警告，簡介會將會延期舉行，詳情會在電子學習平台公佈。

Invitation to the Online Briefing on the Guide for Mandated Reporters
You are cordially invited to participate in the Online Briefing on the Guide for Mandated Reporters. Please also disseminate the following message to all mandated reporters within your organisation!
Background
To prepare for the implementation of the Mandatory Reporting of Child Abuse Ordinance, the Government has officially published the Guide for Mandated Reporters (the Guide) at the launching ceremony on 24 July 2025 and uploaded to e-learning platform for reference by the mandated reporters. Since September 2025, the Government is going to organise 15 online briefings for the mandated reporters, including three large-scale briefings and 12 tailormade briefings for the three sectors, to introduce the content and use of the Guide.
Large-scale Briefing
The online briefing (specified for Healthcare Sector) will be held on 26 September 2025. Details are as follows:

Remarks | The content of the briefing will be recorded and uploaded to the e-learning platform for professionals to view and review content. |
Enrollment Notes
- The online briefing will be open for enrollment on 17 September 2025 (Wednesday) at 10:00 a.m. (first-come-first-served basis) and will close for enrollment on 22 September 2025 (Monday) at 10:00 a.m.
- Participants must be registered users of the e-learning platform. If there is any difficulty in the registration process, please email to cs@childprotectiontraining.hk
- Registered users who have successfully enrolled will receive a link via email to confirm their enrollment to the briefing. Each link can only be used on one computer or electronic media.
Arrangements in case of inclement weather
- If the Hong Kong Observatory has hoisted or is still hoisting the tropical cyclone warning signal of No. 8 or above, or a black rainstorm warning, within two hours before the scheduled briefing session, the briefing session will be postponed. Details will be announced on the e-learning platform.
