You and your colleagues (specifically IT and administrative staff who will handle personal data in their daily operations) are cordially invited to join the upcoming “Webinar on Cyber Security and Personal Data Privacy Protection in eHealth” on 29 October 2026.

 

Given that system security and the protection of personal data are of paramount importance to the healthcare sector, the Electronic Health Record Office (eHR Office) of the Health Bureau will host a webinar with the following details to ensure organisations remain abreast of the evolving cybersecurity landscape and data privacy practices:

 

Date :	29 October 2026 (Thursday)
Time :	2:00 pm – 4:30 pm
Venue :	Online platform on “Zoom” - Participants need to prepare their own electronic devices (desktop or notebook computer) with Internet access and “Zoom” software installed.  A separate email with instructions to access the webinar will be provided to individual participants upon confirming registration.
