超廣角成像技術在近視患者綜合眼科視光中的應用（Application of Ultrawide Field Imaging in Primary Eye Care for Myopic Patients ） 

We are facing ever-growing myopic rates as well as an ever-aging population in both Mainland and HK S.A.R. of China. Thanks to improvements in diagnostic and treatment techniques, more and more ocular fundus lesions can be detected and treated in a much more efficient manner. This lecture is an introduction to ultrawide field (UWF) fundus imaging and its applications in fundus screening and eyecare for myopic patients.  

Topics will include:

• The importance of fundus screening beyond the posterior pole for myopic patients;
• Technology improvements in UWF fundus imaging;
• UWF imaging features and interpretation;
• Peripheral fundus lesions in myopic patients you should not miss;
• Identify vision or even life-threatening peripheral retinal pathology.

中醫眼科近視保健 （Myopia Management in Traditional Chinese Medicine） 

• 中醫眼科歷史源遠流長。宋元時期有「銀海精微」，「原機啟微」等。明清曾時期有「審視瑤 函」「目經大成 」等。
• 《審視瑤函》一書稱近視為能近怯遠症，並指出：「近視可因肝經不足腎經病，將因先天生成且近視程度較高者稱為秉受生成近覷，因不善用目力、勞瞻竭視稱為久視傷睛成近覷。清代《目睛大成》始稱本病為近視。
• 中醫診治重點在於對高度近視及其常見並發症的防治。
